Hi everyone! My name is Anastasia and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). I graduated in December 2025 from Texas State University where I also worked as a graduate research assistant for violence prevention, substance use education, yoga therapy, and trauma-informed care. As a client-centered therapist, I used a strengths-based approach to uplift, motivate, and recognize one’s inherent worth. I understand that healing is not always easy or lighthearted and aim to create a space where clients can be authentic and real in their journey. Utilizing things like coping skills and mindfulness techniques, my goal is to help clients implement and maintain realistic grounding strategies to be safe and present. Through collaboration, it is my honor to support clients in exploration, goal-setting, and self-discovery.
Throughout my life, I’ve worked with a variety of different populations including children and adults with disabilities, families impacted by the child welfare system, families navigating immigration, autistic folks, veterans and military personnel, and high school students faced with “What’s next?” I’m comfortable working with clients of all identities, backgrounds, and abilities.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, eating good food with loved ones, doing yoga, journaling, and spending time in nature.
