Hi, I’m Brendan Quigley. I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling and recently earned a Certificate of Graduate Studies (C.G.S.) in Mental Health Counseling, which puts me on track to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
I take a holistic approach to emotional wellness, with a strong emphasis on building coping skills, incorporating positive psychology, and practicing trauma-informed care. My therapeutic work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and from many different cultural backgrounds. I believe that each person has the tools within themselves to create meaningful change and improve their quality of life. My purpose in this work is to help remind people of what they’re capable of, so they can live a life that truly feels worth living.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my wife, reading, and writing. I’m looking forward to supporting you on your journey toward mental and emotional well-being.
