  • Frequency of Appointments
    • Ranges from multiple times per week to monthly visits.
    • Recommended at least monthly to maintain progress and prevent future issues.
    • Without lifestyle changes or consistent visits, gains may diminish, potentially requiring more frequent visits.

    Outside of Sessions
    • The chiropractor will suggest incorporating specific activities outside of treatment to enhance your progress such as;
      • daily stretching to improve flexibility,
      • maintaining good posture throughout the day,
      • staying active with low-impact activities like walking or yoga,
      • consistently doing exercises shown to you in your appointments,
      • prioritizing self-care practices such as massage and/or heat therapy,
      • staying hydrated to support your recovery, and
      • keeping a pain journal to help you track symptoms or changes.
