Welcome! I’m Kerry Lepage, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Since 2011, I’ve devoted my career to helping individuals find healing, resilience, and personal growth. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve also served as a clinical supervisor and bring a holistic dimension to my practice as a Reiki Master.
I believe that lasting change begins from within. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. With a client-centered approach, I draw on evidence-based practices and a strengths-based perspective to design individualized treatment plans. This allows me to help each client harness their inner resources, build confidence, and move through life’s challenges with greater ease.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across diverse clinical settings, including substance use treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, veterans’ services, and pain management. Since 2020, I’ve been part of the Optimal Health team, where I continue to support individuals in achieving both emotional and physical well-being as well as providing supervision and guidance to developing clinicians, supporting their growth into independent practitioners.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing soccer, exercising, hiking, boating, traveling, watching movies and practicing energy healing,
