Hi, I’m Shauna Allen, a prelicensed therapist who is passionate about helping you when you need it most. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work in 2018, and since then, I have worked as an outpatient therapist, gaining valuable experience in supporting individuals through various challenges.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to develop coping skills and make meaningful improvements to your lifestyle, enabling you to live a healthier, happier life. With experience in women’s issues and domestic violence, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and client-centered techniques to listen and guide you through your most difficult times. I believe in offering empathy and support every step of the way, ensuring you feel heard and understood.
Together, we will navigate the challenges you face, focusing on your strengths and building resilience. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing and personal growth.
